How drone fishing works?
The drone is a delivery vehicle, not a fishing rod. It carries your line out past the breakers, drops the bait, then flies home while you fish from shore.
What Our Customers Are Saying
“October 2023, I purchased my Aerokontiki Drone, which brought a new dimension to my shore based fishing.
Recently I updated my RC Controller to include FishMaps which has revolutionized my drone fishing and increased my catch rates.
Being able to save a number of waypoints and return my baits to the same spot is extremely advantageous. Programming and using FishMaps is easy and professional.
In addition, I’ve always wished target fishing within rocky areas, FishMaps makes this effortless, being able drop baits in sandy areas between rocks is a quantum leap for me.”

“We can’t speak highly enough of Aero Kontiki and the quality of their products. From the gear itself through to the service and support, our experience has been outstanding.
The Beast drone is an incredible piece of equipment — powerful, reliable and purpose-built for serious land-based fishing. Paired with the Smart Controller and Fish Maps, it takes drone fishing to another level. The mapping technology is a fantastic tool for finding fishing areas and helping you put your gear exactly where you want it.
The Smart Winch is another brilliant piece of gear. It makes retrieving your line simple, controlled and efficient, and when combined with the Beast and Smart Controller, it makes for an impressive complete drone-fishing setup.
A big part of what makes Aero Kontiki stand out, though, is the service. Kyle is always approachable, knowledgeable and willing to help. You can tell he genuinely stands behind the products and understands what land-based fishermen need. Having that level of support and backup makes a huge difference.
Everything we’ve used from Aero Kontiki has been well designed, easy to use and built with fishermen in mind. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kyle and Aero Kontiki to anyone looking to get into drone fishing or upgrade their existing setup.
Great products, great technology, outstanding service and excellent backup."
